As Walmart Academy marks its 10-year milestone, celebrating a decade of equipping millions of associates with skills to grow meaningful careers, one thing is clear: learning at Walmart has never been static. Fellows Academy deepens Walmart Academy’s mission by strengthening technical mastery across the organization. Through monthly sessions and cohort-based learning, Walmart’s tech fellows share hands-on experience that helps associates sharpen their skills and continue advancing the systems supporting our stores, supply chain and digital experiences. 

Thousands of associates have participated in Fellows Academy sessions, expanding their expertise and gaining a deeper understanding of not only what we’re building, but why it matters to our customers and members.
