These agents draw from knowledge graphs, automate tasks, and accelerate innovation across teams. From productivity to personalization, this new approach is laying the foundation for faster, smarter execution at scale.


But Agentic AI is just one piece of a much larger shift.


Industry-Specific AI: From Generic to Purpose-Built


With AI, surgical precision is becoming the standard. Industries like healthcare, finance and retail are adopting domain-specific models like Small Language Models (SLMs) that are faster, more efficient and tailored to ensure regulatory compliance and real-world application.

  • Healthcare: LLMs assist clinicians in real time while safeguarding patient data
  • Finance: AI enhances fraud detection and ensures regulatory accuracy
  • Retail: Hyper-contextual shopping experiences adapt to evolving customer behaviour

Combating Misinformation: A Strategic Imperative


As AI-generated content becomes widespread, the line between real and synthetic blurs. To tackle misinformation, we must:

  • Build transparent labelling for AI-generated media
  • Collaborate on responsible regulation and governance
  • Strengthen digital literacy across user groups


It’s a call for all companies to proactively safeguard customer trust and build credibility in the digital age.
