  • A copy of the voting instruction form you received this year from your bank or broker

  • Current Walmart associates with a valid photo ID and proof of ownership of Walmart shares (from above mentioned list) will be admitted into Bud Walton Arena.
  • Any person requesting admission without valid documents for entry will not be granted access to Bud Walton Arena.
  • The one-page sample proxy card and the proxy statement printed from the Internet are not considered valid proof of share ownership.

  • Hourly associates, regularly scheduled to work during the meeting time and given permission to attend, will be paid for travel time and all time spent attending Friday Associate Celebration.

There is the possibility activist groups or other protest organizations might be present at the U of A, Home Office campuses or other company locations. These individuals or activist groups may feel differently about all the wonderful things our company does for our associates, customers, members and communities.

As with any group of visitors, you should always respect differences in opinions, even if the individuals or activist groups choose a disruptive way to demonstrate their opinion.

Group members may wear the same color clothing as Walmart associates or may be carrying fliers, musical devices or instruments – but it’s important to know that they do not represent our company. It’s even more important for you to always wear your badge in a visible location above your waist and ensure all people entering Home Office work areas scan their badges for entry.

Though not required, we encourage all eligible associates to receive their vaccinations prior to attending Associates Week. Additionally, all international travel protocols and requirements will be followed for those intending to travel into the U.S. and Northwest Arkansas

To ensure we have efficient safety measures in place during our celebration week, we’ve aligned with Central EMS services for event planning. Measures include:
