Live better when you choose the right benefits.
Itâs time for Annual Enrollment, your yearly opportunity to make changes to your benefits or enroll in coverage for 2026. Explore your choices now, check out your personalized Benefits Guide, and be sure to enroll by Nov. 7.
- Live Better Bulletin: See more details and how-to info in the latest newsletter, in English or Spanish. Â
- Are you ready to enroll?
- Think about your needs. Dive into how the medical plans work and how your Walmart benefits can protect you and your loved ones.
- Know the details. Youâll need the name, date of birth, and Social Security number for anyone you plan to cover.
- Update your beneficiaries. Keeping your beneficiaries' information updated helps make sure your benefits, like 401(k) and life insurance, are paid according to your wishes. If you donât name a beneficiary, your benefit will be paid according to plan terms, which may not be consistent with your intent. Take five minutes to review and update your beneficiary information by visiting One.Walmart.com/Beneficiary
- Benefits beyond Day One: You have access to benefits that support your mind, body, and wallet on your first day with Walmart. During Annual Enrollment, you can choose plans that offer even more support. See all your options in your personalized Benefits Guide.Â
- Optional coverage to protect you and your loved ones: Long-term disability coverage and life insurance give you another level of support if the unexpected happens. You can also add critical illness or accident insurance for even more protection.
- World Mental Health DayâOct. 10: Take a moment to consider how youâre feeling and how your Walmart benefits might be able to support you. All associates have access to no-cost support including 20 therapy or coaching sessions, even without a medical plan. Try a quick wellness check-inâpowered by Lyra.
- Work toward your financial goals: Are you making the most of your financial benefits? Be sure to review your elections for 401(k) contributions, ASPP contributions, and automatic savings through the ONE@Work app.1
